• See our final floor plan here. Booths consist of an 10′ x 10′ area with a 6 foot draped table and two chairs. Booths are on a first come first serve basis. Power hookups are provided at no extra charge.
• Booths will cost $400.00 each and payment must be made by October 14th, 2011 to ensure your space. A second booth may be purchased for $150 each. Cancellations before October 14th, 2011 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given after October 15th, 2011.
• If the booth is not set up by 10am, Sunday, November 13th, it will be forfeited by the vendor and the space may be resold, reassigned, or used by Hickory Daily Record or Rock Barn Golf & Spa without refund.

Your Exhibit Package

• Your exhibit package includes a 6 foot draped table, with two chairs. Power hookup is provided at no extra charge with prior approval.
• Any other materials such as easels, lighting, draping etc. can be rented from Valley Rental Center, Inc.
• An Identification Sign will be on your table with your company name. You will be asked to provide Hickory Daily Record with the correct name and spelling to ensure your sign is correct. Your booth will be separated waist high by pipes and drapes.
• You will receive lunch for one from Rock Barn, additional lunches may be purchased.
• You will receive a half page full color advertisement in the Bridal Planner that will be handed to each Bride on 11-14-11.
• You will receive a 728×90 online banner to run until next year’s expo on www.hickorybridalexpo.com

Exhibitor Set-up / Tear Down

• Setup for the show will begin Sunday November 13th from 7am to 10am. We ask that all exhibitors have their set up completed by Sunday at 10 am. This will ensure you have time to relax and gather your thoughts before the show starts.
• Your set up should not interfere with your neighbor.
• Tear down will begin immediately after the 4pm closing of the show but not before. Please try to have all your items removed by 8pm. If you need to leave any items for pickup Monday you must make prior arrangement with the Rock Barn Golf and Spa.
• Please do not leave excessive trash on tables
